What was the highlight of Hotel Resol Trinity Naha

Comfortable for 1 person

Located relatively near the Monorail station Asahibashi. Room would be tight for 2 people but was comfortable for 1 person (double bed). Hotel has eco-friendly practices where they will clean the room only on the 4th night, but help provide clean towels/water daily at the door (you'll have to put your trash and towels for changing outside the door). Room has a lovely feel and bathroom was clean. The hotel was nice to accommodate our request for early 2-3h check-in (with some extra charges of 1000 yen/hr) as our flight arrival to Okinawa was early.

Hotel has a public bath (not onsen), which can get crowded at late hours.

Good location to stay in the city center

Good location, near the monorail station. The common bathroom is modern and clean with good view. Excellent breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cute modern hotel

Great location! Accessible to the bus terminal and monorail station! Easy walk to Kokusai Dori. Hotel room was very clean and great amenities. They have great environmentally friendly cleaning policy. The onsen was amazing to relax in. Great night view!

Try to go to the onsen at a non prime time if you want to relax. It’s family friendly, so kids will also enjoy themselves as well at full volume haha.

A good stay!

The room is neat and tidy. A comfortable stay but not much room for putting luggage. Enjoy to spend much in the public bath. My daughter liked it. The breakfast was good! Not much variety but the taste is good! The design of the lounge is also good!

Just the room size but it is normal in Japan.

Public bath and breakfast are important to us

New facility , well cleaned room , got public bath which is the key point we booked this hotel . Is always nice to soak in hot bath after long day of driving or walking. Room size is a bit small. We have to push around the table and sofa a bit to open our luggage. The room provided some charging cables for electronics and phone. Plus it gives some free bottled water and canned tea and coffee packs. Which is nice. Walking distance to donki for late night shopping. Hotel cafe beakfast is good. Buffet style. And their cakes are surprisingly good. Which is also a surprise as many breakfast don't have sweets or dessert.

Design hotel that surprised and delighted in the details.

Really good design throughout the hotel with little details very well thought through.

The staff was efficient and there were no issues, but it seemed like they didn’t know what to say so it was a little awkward. For example, when I walked up to the desk they just looked at me without saying anything—not being rude they just seemed a little inexperienced.

It's a nice place

Excellent location of the hotel. The welcome is nothing special, the staff doesn't speak another language, I understand! It's up to us to make an effort, but it's still a bit annoying. The bath on the 13th floor is good.

In our bedroom, there's a smell of mold in the bathroom, and the building is practically new.

Very Good

The location is not far from monorail station and the room is big enough. The public bath is a definite plus and quite rare in Naha.

The only drawback is that you need to pay an extra fee for tidying up your room and changing of pillow case and bedding daily. It still has a good view of the river but there is already contruction going on right in front of the window and might completely block the view soon.

Wonderful

Quite a new hotel, the room is clean and furniture is in good condition. The breakfast is more or less the same but is tasty and fresh. The onsen at 13th floor has washing machines & dryers with a cosy sitting area while waiting or can go onsen. Onsen clothing and towels are changed daily. There are bus terminals, 7-11, Lawson and Don Qijoute within walking distance.

The staff doesn't really speak English, but they tried and used the translation app to try to answer your queries. Parking is limited as they use the automated parking system and probably only have 20 to 24 parking lots.

Great location, clean hotel, easy transportation

Everything about this hotel was great. Location was a 3 minute walk right off the monorail so to/from airport (and around the city) was easy. Room was nice, clean and if you're a breakfast person the breakfast looked amazing. Little restaurant in the hotel had good coffee, bar and a limited food menu if you're feeling lazy and don't want to go out. Great place in Naha

Booking did the old bait and switch. This isn't the hotels fault but ALWAYS check your booking when you click through. The price it showed when I booked and what I paid when I clicked through was a 38% difference. Again this isn't anything against the hotel, RE-CHECK your total when you book

Modern, clean hotel with excellent breakfast

The hotel has modern decor and offers a good breakfast every morning. It's conveniently located near the monorail station, just 15 minutes from the airport. The onsen was clean and relaxing.

There is also parking available, but we were not informed about the parking charge until after we received a ticket from the security and had to pay at reception. Additionally, not all members of staff had a good level of English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

It was a great place to stay, close to kokusai dori. Also was very close to the monorail for easy transport around Naha. The room itself is very clean and the public bath nice to have after a long day. The staff communicated in English and also worked with my elementary Japanese.
